I wanted to stay at this hotel because it is old and historic; so it was what I expected! The bathroom is dated, but everything was clean. We stayed because we went to a comedy show at Footprint Center. It was an excellent place to stay in walking distance to basketball & baseball & restaurants."

The front desk offered to have a taxi drop us at the airport since their shuttle starts at 4am and we needed to be at the airport by 3am…on their account at no charge to us. I was shocked to receive such excellent customer service at every turn at this hotel. Will definitely be back and recommend to others as well."
