I got 2 ‘look forward to seeing you’ phone calls and reception were none the wiser when we arrived. One room we booked had an issue with the shower and we were disappointed not to be offered any compensation. "In an idyllic setting, an excellent base for holidaying around Matlock/Derbyshire . Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The welcome pack included a bottle of my wife's favourite wine. The owner checked to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend it. "
