"We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room is clean pleasant, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cafe is a treasure, good food and excellent services. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely re-book this hotel if we return to Vienna."

"We enjoyed a lovely stay. The staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, the evening meals were also delicious. The spa is nice, shame that some guests don’t read the rules to allow others to enjoy the place (maybe they should be put up outside the spa entrance). The room was beautiful with lovely bedding. Location for us was great too, just outside but a very short way to the centre. Can’t fault anything. We’d definitely come back. "

"Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for.
