"Excellently located hotel-10minutes on subway to city centre . Room was in good overall condition,towels changed daily Breakfast was limited in selection but enough variety to start the day One thing to be aware of is that the shower is in the room (toilet in separate cubicle) so hopefully you’re not shy if sharing a room!"

"Hotel Kolpinghaus Wein Zentral was a great place to stay and I would totally recommend it as a place to stay. It is easily walkable (15 mins.) to the museums and many of the major sites in central Vienna; it is 5 mins walk to the underground and there are loads of restaurants (all types of cuisine), in the local vicinity. "Impressive old mansion on a hill overlooking Vienna. Incredible city views at night and we were treated to a spectacular sunrise over the city in the morning too. The building itself has a checkered history, some of which was disturbing to read about, but the hotel has done a great job of utilising it for a memorable guest experience. Stunning views from the breakfast table and a great buffet breakfast. "
