"On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful. Our only issue was the touch pad controlling lights, aircon and window blinds. Maybe our age was the problem, as we found ourselves...

"We stayed only one night and could not use all the great amenities. Dinner at the hotel was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very nicely designed. The hotel had a technical issue which could not be fixed during our stay and affected all rooms. The management however compensated us in a great and interesting way which was an amazing way to apologize for the inconvenience. Will we come back? Definitely! We still need to ise the spa, the pool, the gym, and many more amenities."
