"The structure is indeed of great historical value, it is a wonderful asset to Marriott, the maintenance process of such a diversly large property is a huge task & it is carried out seamlessly..staff all ..of them..are professional & helpful..they make you feel more like at home rather than a visitor...the beds are so comfortable that you can sleep relaxed the whole night...some rooms may need carpet renovations..there are many ways to do that. I look forwards to staying there again..thank you Omar elkhayam Marriott hotel & staff"

Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful.
