The only real moan would be a member of staff in the restaurant was rude to my partner when we were looking to order drinks which put a dampener on the evening but overall we had a very pleasant stay. "The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay. "

"My overnight stay at this hotel was peaceful however I thought from the initial description of the hotel services that there was an airport shuttle. I ended up using the bus service that worked well and ran on time plus the bus fare was very reasonable. Fortunately the weather wasn't bad so I didn't suffer lugging my luggage "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! What was amazing was they had a room ready when we showed up after our early morning flight arrival - game changer! Super convenient to the Tube, super chill vibe... The only thing I could find as a "fault" would be there are no drawers in the room but we made it work with no issue."
