"The staff at The Londoner went above and beyond in every aspect. I had to rush home as my mum in the USA became gravely ill and I needed to get home as quickly as possible. "The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night...
