"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. "The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Was so happy with the convenience of being near a Coop and the restaurant/bar nearby. Was able to have a delicious meal there one evening. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. There wasn’t any noise from the other rooms apart from the doors slamming occasionally. The hotel in general was very quiet. Am definitely booking to stay here again whilst I am working in the area. Very happy! "

"Lovely bedroom, nearly refurbished, plenty of space with a seating area. Good spa - with hot sauna and steam room - great to relax in the early evening. Easy 15-20 minute walk into town, or choice of restaurant or snacks in the bar. A really relaxed environment with friendly staff."
