"Excellent luxury spa hotel. Very helpful and attentive service. Excellent food in Charlie’s. Also enjoyed the lunchtime bar food and many fine touches around the hotel. Enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Special thanks to the young woman who welcomed us at check in and to James from Sunderland for keeping us entertained in the whisky bar despite his injury. Room very nice. All round excellent stay in the Scottish Borders "

We had excellent cooked breakfasts with homemade soda bread on china and silver, crystal and linen. Room had everything we could need for our stay. We even cheekily ordered a last minute celebration cake! Can’t recommend highly enough. Mark and I look forward to our next stay. "
