"This hotel was gorgeous, clean, and so convenient being connected to the airport. I wish, however, that the check-in times were a little more flexible. Since it is connected to the airport terminal with flights coming and going all day and night, it would be nice not to have to abide by the "normal" guidelines. For example, I booked one night, but I only stayed 5 hours. I just needed a place to shower, have something to eat, and nap. Would be great to have that flexibility. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at St Regis. As requested, we arrived at the airport met by the driver from the hotel. Our flight was delayed but he was there waiting. The room furnishings is luxurious. Our floor is staffed by a butler 24 hrs. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. Would certainty love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Cairo again. "

"Lovely hotel, big spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms, nice pool (bit cold but hot weather makes it fine), breakfast excellent, restaurant range great, check in and out very easy, staff all very friendly and smiley but service can be very slow (might wait 40 mins for a drink, similar for the bill even if ask three times) but seems city wide (relaxed culture maybe) and sometimes you can tell staff keen for a tip. Did put on the Premier League football for us when requested and helped look...

It’s a good location so you can walk around however since Cairo traffic is a little crazy we just took Ubers from the hotel to where we needed to be since we were not going to risk crossing the streets. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again."
