We attended the New Year's celebration in the Artesian bar and restaurant. What a fun way to see in the New Year. The waiters and bar tenders made the night. "The housekeeper came at 4:40 PM to do her morning cleanup of the room. She stated that she could not come back as her shift ended at five and she had to come in. I was indisposed and she did wait about five minutes before coming in, but it would’ve been better to be more flexible."

"Great hotel! The room was nice, the bathroom was a bit small but it was fine and the Japanese toilet made up for it! My daughter (aged 2) loved the room and wouldn’t leave! The lobby and surrounding areas were immaculate. The doorman during the day was excellent, very helpful and attentive. I wish I got his name! I came alone with my daughter and he took care of my car for me which was my biggest worry. Thank you so much! Overall, lovely stay."
