"Great view of beach and Gold Coast high rise buildings from our room on level 29. Good staff service, comfy bed and great body lotion in the bathroom. The pool was nice and warm but some renovating going on outside. Very busy hotel and can wait 15 mins to get a lift down to breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The finishes on this hotel are excellent. We had a superior ocean view room, very spacious and excellent bathroom amenities.. yes the bathtub is as big as the photos in real life. The gym and indoor magnesium pool are a welcome reprieve from the chaos of the main pool. If you want to relax and not be constantly splashed by kids jumping into the pool then I’d avoid this area. The only 2 negatives we could find was our bed, being quite firm ( we are soft mattress people) and our balcony being...

"Overall a good experience, staff are friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was plentiful and multiple swimming pools was a nice addition. It's a great location to beach and the tram is only a two minute walk away. My only qualm was that the room had mold on the two seats and there was a condom wrapper by the edge of the bed. "
