"An amazing stay! I had trouble with my first room and they upgraded me and were so accommodating. It is 5 Star! Sometimes you wonder how something is a 5 Star Hotel, but this definitely looks and feels like it! Shoutout to the best pool on the GC as well!"

"The room felt recently refreshed and very clean. The location is central, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool area was lovely, and being right across from the beach was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast at the restaurant was generous and excellent value for money. A great stay. "

"The room was spacious with a large enclosed balcony and very well appointed. Amazing pool area, overlooking the beach. Can get very windy by the pool. Bar service by pool but difficult to get service and QR code not operating. Restaurants very expensive, need more options for food. Close walk to light rail, only one stop to Broadbeach. "
