"The Fable is a beautiful hotel at an excellent location. I love the decor although our room was very small; there wasn’t much room to move around. It’s close to shopping, dining and the ferry terminal. Outside the hotel is a bit of a letdown as there’s a few homeless people camped on the footpath. Our room was always thoroughly and quickly serviced in the morning while we’re at breakfast. Service was very good overall although staff at the Cooke’s restaurant at times seemed unsure of what...

"A great staff! a good gym and a spa tub that was nice and hot! the daily breakfasts were very good the room was kept clean every day and an easy walk to shops and restaurants if i return to Auckland i will definitely stay here again!"

"This boutique hotel is sublime. Happy hour every evening, delicious breakfast brought to you. Bathroom has a heated floor & heated towel rack. Good shower. Nespresso & kettle in room. Fridge in room. Comfy bed, helpful staff. Easy walk to Ponsonby St where there's a myriad of shops and cafes! Grocery store is an easy walk too. We hope to be back someday!"
