"The staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the problems caused by Expedia's confusing booking system. The room had a lovely outlook upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping, the staff often don't answer the phone if you ring to query the booking, and the parking is diabolical. If you have a large car you probably won't be able to fit in there. "

"Convenient to all central Auckland, room was standard but a bit Dusty toilet paper holder dirty and blinds , not a complaint tho . Staff friendly, good variety of information for visiting Auckland. Community kitchen facility was absolutely immaculate and a nice lounge area to swap books or meet people. Zero alcohol policy which is good, be aware of the $140 bond regardless of paying in advance which is standard policy. Would stay again "
