"All good, especially the staff, who truly care—it was a breath of fresh air. We had a wonderful time. Just a tip for the kitchen: less is more! Focus on a few dishes but make them absolutely spot on. There was no signature dish, which one should be looking forward to. Hope you will review your policy on food. "

"Excellent especially for families with young kids. There's plenty to do. Good food with lota of choices. Only complaint would be that the indoor pools weren't heated to the temperature it was meant to be heated to on the last day of our stay (i.e. to 28 degrees for the adults pool and 29 degrees for the kids pool - the kids pool was actually much colder than the adults one), so we couldn'treally use them for very long at all. With it being the winter, warm indoor pools are a central part of the holiday. Pleased with everything else."

"Staff were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The food was great. However the free flowing alcohol did not make it a very Muslim friendly environment. Europeans were very rude. But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. Staff in the spa were great. "

"Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. "A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "

"Loved this resort! From a fantastic check in with Başak to checkout, we really enjoyed our stay. Great, fresh and varied food at all times of the day - never boring. Great ambiance, with fabulous live musicians - really talented flutist and acoustic guitarist, who really added to the atmosphere. Amazing scenery, flawless decor, super clean and safe. Try the Italian restaurant. It's lamb shank and steak are delicious. Special thanks to the lovely Başak for the amazing upgrade and to the wonderful Ellie in guest relations for the fabulous meal. Special mention of the lady on ice-cream and desserts - she always had a smile on her face - great service. Our stay wasn't nearly long enough. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended."
