Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids

The facilities, the food and more importantly the staff were amazing. I'd definitely recommend this stay to families with kids. All of my negative experiences happened with the other guests. I don't know if these rude, queue-jumping, disrespectful people are like that in their own countries and in their own lives. It is a shame. This is obviously has nothing to do with the hotel, well they wouldn't be able to stop some people from booking.

The facility itself is very nice but rooms are very small we had to make an upgrade to a sweet and it was still below average. Concierge is totally unprofessional, he doesn’t know anything and each time he asks us to search the internet coz he doesn’t know even for basic questions regarding restaurants. Hotel is very commercial they asked extra fees for an hour late check-out
