Right from the get-go, it was clear that this place is truly top-tier — they’ve perfected every aspect of the guest experience. They put their guests first at every turn, and I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. There were so many wonderful touches throughout my stay that I can’t even list them all. I also loved the overall vibe of the place — it’s calm and professional, yet still incredibly welcoming. Every staff member is not only fantastic at their job, but also genuinely respectful and kind. You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. It’s the kind of experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, recharged, and genuinely appreciated. A huge thank you and a round of applause to the entire team — bravo! "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with "hero" aka Mustafa.The food at the buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. Our assistant was Esra, who was very kind and took good care of us. We were very impressed by her good service. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."

"Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. Thank you Land of Legends! We will be back soon!"
