You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. "We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. Our assistant was Esra, who was very kind and took good care of us. We were very impressed by her good service. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."

"Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. "A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "
