"The welcome was almost ridiculously lavish, with champagne in the living room. The room (junior suite) was fantastic and we wish we could have stayed for a few days (we were only there for a short night between flights). Very comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower, skylight with motorized shades, and so much more. Highly recommended. Next time we'll stay longer."

"This was an excellent stay. Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in Europe so far. Located in hands down the best area of Amsterdam for Food, shopping, night life and shelter from mainstream crowds. Staff was courteous and friendly with every encounter and went the extra mile every chance they could. "

"I liked almost everything about this property. I had two issues. One, the glasses in the bathroom were glass. That is very unsafe because some of the time you are in the bathroom you are barefoot. If the glass fell, and it is not hard to see how that could happen, you would probably cut your foot. Two, the containers of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the shower were arranged in a way that it was difficult to get sufficient amounts out of the container, which was a nuisance."
