We asked to move rooms because of the bathroom layout - it was no trouble and our bags were already in the new room. The room was modern, clean and extremely quiet. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay extremely central in sydney. "

"I spent the extra money to get a harbor facing room and it was so worth it! I was on the 25th floor and had a gorgeous view of the harbor and saw some beautiful sunsets. The hotel is conveniently located with the Opera House, harbor and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There’s also a same day laundry shop within a 10 minute walk that can pick up and deliver your clothes to Shangri-La. The room was clean and quiet, with a nice soaker tub, comfy beds and cozy lighting! "
