"Our stay at the swissotel was great, we always celebrate some of the special moments at swissotel and the quality hasn't changed at all.. it was only one night stay but we enjoyed every minute of it. Also service at the lounge was superb. I didn't catch their names but during canape hours and breakfast in the morning hotelier/server were kind and thoughful. "

The stay itself was okay however we did have access to the executive lounge which wasn't the greatest. We ended up having breakfast downstairs.
