"This property was absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable, and perfectly positioned to walking distance from so much stuff. The staff was a cut above. "The only fault i can say is that cleaners need to "dust" a lot more. The backboards to the bed, looking up to the ceiling, on lamp fixtures, bedside tables and entertainment units were quite dusty and dirt marks on ceiling. One of the air conditioning vents also need to be cleaned as well.So much so that I had to go and purchase a antihistamine for my daughter as it ser her allergies off and she got hives. "Loved this ACE hotel, staff were super friendly when I checked in jet lagged from a 24 hour flight to Sydney. I asked if my room would be available earlier and they kindly found me a different room of the same grade that was ready so I was able to get into my room for a nap! Was also surprised by a free drink voucher due to my VIP status which I exchanged for a beautifully made delicious Olive martini. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the coffee from the coffee shop was delicious and loved the well...
