"Clean, friendly staff, nice pools. Great sevice at Cocoa, Voce and Desire bars. Dissapointing main buffet, main bar and Japonese restaurant - disorganized staff, drinks service fails etc. We made reservation for 3 adults, but, except of sofa bed done and towels, room was set for 2 persons - 2 bathrobes, 2 cups, 2 glases, drinks for 2 in minibar. Ask for 3rd bathrobe, but never receive it. App is great for restaurant resevation but useless to order housekeeping or maintaince."
