"At first glance this place wows, but off-season it's just fair. We were quite happy with the size of the room and private patio. Our primary complaints relate to the lack of dining accommodations (one restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service with no menu variation) and unfriendly dining staff. Also, the kinderclub is only available July and August, so if you plan to be there the other 10 months of the year, bring that into account. "Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....
