"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group...

"Very nice apartment which is well-equipped. Within walking distance to the beach and many attractions in Palma. The train and bus stations were also close for out-of-town attractions like Soller and the Aquarium."

"Santa Maria Dreams is a stunning property. It sits within its own beautifully maintained, landscaped grounds. The pool is huge and we loved the salt water element. The large terrace around the villa was a godsend in the August heat. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we required for our month long stay. There are a various restaurants within Santa Maria itself and the train line into Palma is a real bonus. We drove into Santa Maria on each occasion as it was too hot to walk. ...

Our host met us at the house and Showed us around, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We were left a lovely parcel of goodies when we arrived which was welcomed after our travel. The place was absolutely spotless. So clean! The home was so well looked after.
