"Hotel is very nice can’t complain. Some staff are very friendly like Rakesh in the main restaurant and Dev at concierge. It’s a very busy hotel and sometime the service takes longer, so just bear that in mind when calling the bellboy to get your bags or when you requested room service. "

"With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good."

"Modern hotel, massive "club" room with no club lounge, but with all the amenities. Not possible to walk anywhere as on the wrong side of a dual carriageway and was too busy to cross, but we had a car and driver so not an issue."
