"Hotel was very clean. The All inclusive was very confusing and the times that you could eat in some restaurants was also confusing. The food in the buffet restaurant breakfast was very nice lunch time was ok but the evening was the same every night. If you liked salad you would be ok. Sometimes it took a long time to get a drink as you are not able to go to the bar to get one yourself and had to wait for a member of staff to see you waiting. "Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. Negatives - the coffee at breakfast is truly disgusting, the beds are very hard, the hotel has a very 80’s vibe and decor - think dark wood laminate, foamy ceiling tiles, one buffet restaurant (no ala carte), dismal...

"Das Hotel ist ein grosses, ehrwürdiges Gebäude mit Balkonen auf den schönen Garten und Pool. Schwimmen im Spa kostet für 1.5 Std. zusätzlich 20 Euros. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist nicht sehr modern. Die Holzläden kann man nicht ganz öffnen, deshalb ist es im Zimmer etwas dunkel. Die Beleuchtung ist knapp. Das Hotel ist nah bei einem Park etwas oberhalb von der Einkaufsstrasse und mit Bushaltestelle. Das Auto parkt man am besten in der Tiefgarage für 12 Euros...

"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited.
