"Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, spacious and very clean with beautiful views on the harbor side. Casino and restaurants on site, but could use a few more breakfast options. Convenient shuttle to Chinatown every 20 minutes. Easy self parking. Friendly courteous and professional staff. Clean and spacious gym with plenty of equipment.. Ate at RED8, Frank's, Giardino and Wine and Cheese. Looking forward to going back and trying other restaurants. "

"Though the hotel was breathtaking, the escalator to the reception (2nd floor) was difficult for my friend and when we took the elevator to the first floor it took us to the laundry area (???). Upon checking in, my card was declined twice (???). They asked to use another card and it was declined twice as well (???) and then he had to enter it manually and that seemed to work. Unsure why the incidental hold was $150. The room was pretty but the beds were super uncomfortable. Kinda felt like a jail...
