"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

"Great interior design. Spacious room and washroom. Comfi beds. Nice view of the Jinji lake and oriental arch if the unit is above 5th floor and facing the lake. Breakfast is very complete with styles of Chinese, European, American. Manager Evans taking really good care of guest concerns. Overall great experience for my stay. "
