"It was a very pleasant stay over 2 nights. We had breakfast in the first morning which was a good and fresh selection. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and great to relax in. Lovely bathroom area - no bath but lovely shower. Noticeably there was no outside noise as the sound insulation was so good. Downsides are there’s no car park, the only one is the nearby Travelodge costing £20 for 24 hours. Perhaps a better rate can...

"We were allocated a loft room which was below our expectation compared with what we saw on the website when making the booking, and previous positive experience of the hotel. They need to maintain their standards for all customers without exception. The menu options available very critical as well. But generally exceptional. "

"Spent Christmas night here and it served its purpose perfectly well at a very reasonable price for this time of year in London. Very comfortable beds and good temperature control ( pretty unusual in U.K.- rooms are often far too hot). Bathroom sink could do with an update but that’s a minor quibble. Didn’t use the bar or have breakfast so can’t comment except to say the whole ground floor was clean and welcoming."

"This hotel is so close to ExCel! So very convenient. The breakfast buffet is very good too. One thing that could be improved is the outlet situation--it was very difficult and inconvenient to charge devices. "

"The service we received was very good. From the start at the front desk to when we left. My only suggestion would be to have bigger sized bathrobes for men. Unfortunately, the last two days out of the three days we were there, the steam room was not working, so was quite looking forward to using it. But these things happen. Maybe in the weights area suggesting heavier weight than 37.5kg maybe up to 50kg as per normal gyms. "

"Very cosy and snug and we both had a lovely night sleep! Nice selection of teas and coffees, however we did miss the TV! Nonetheless, we both slept well, made good use of the washing facilities and would come back again! "
