"Staff were amazing however cleaners in the morning were extremely noisey and woke us up early on hoth morning of our stay. Room was cleam although we had to request shampoo and body wash for the shower on first night as our were empy. The staff on check in (james i think) couldnt have been more helpful and sorted it out straight away though. "This is the only hotel that we have stayed in so far that has comfy carpets. We loved the walk in shower and regret not having used it, we stayed for one night and didn't really need it. Lots of different lighting options which was good. And a proper chocolate cookie to welcome us to our very first stay at the Hilton in Hull."
