I seen all the negative reviews but you gotta remember its a Budget hotel its cheap n cheerful! Its in the centre of the town and they give free parking parking permits
For the price I cannot complain at all. The building is lovely but very tired. Location is very central and fantastic views of Beverly Minster. Room could be a little warmer but beds seemed clean and were comfortable.
Stayed here before. Its a good cheap option located next-door to the minster. Only problem we had was a leaking valve on the radiator resulting in a damp patch on the carpet. We will stay here again.

Practical
Overall, the stay was reasonable at a reasonable price.
Some attention to cleaning under the beds or other furniture would have improved to stay and also there was visible dust on doors.
The location of this hotel is fantastic right next to the minister and town centre.
It is a budget inn so dont expect all the bells and whistles of a Travelodge. This is the second time I have stopped, so that says something. Room was clean, had TV and coffe/tea making facilities. I will stay again.
Room was served as a stopover to pick family up for Christmas . Did what it said on the tin . Minster chimed all night . And found a bit weird there was an iron but no hairdryer .
I really enjoyed my stay in Room 12 as I s easy access for a disabled person
Previously I’ve stayed in two other rooms in the property and only downside is other guests abusing a lovely period property.
As mentioned the property is a period one across from the wonderful Beverley Minster church and the town of Beverley is like York in miniature but without the mass tourism.
Nice stay easy access but unfortunately other guests who can be antisocial with noise at 3 am in the morning

Beverly budget inn
Hotel was basic but we were only there for a wedding so it fitted our requirements.
Bathroom had a bath which was nice.
Tv in the room but it didnt work as there was no signal.
The location was good right next to beverly minster and 5 min walk from the town center.
Hotel is a budget hotel so it fits its description.
Still £50 cheaper than anywhere else in the area.
Parking is on street parking and the owner gets you an online parking permit

Very good property, clean, everything supplied such as tea/coffee, microwave, ironing board, tv. Good sized bathroom, small gripe that the door didn’t close which wouldn’t suit all.
Apart from that, excellent. Very clean. Good communication from owners. Easy check-in. Good value for money. Good location, only a few minutes from town centre. Would recommend.
The title says it all, budget. For the price I was expecting basic but the fact the bathroom floor was filthy was not okay. Also make sure you xontact them prior to arrival to get access.
Nothing, requested a ground floor room because of being on walking sticks. When we arrived it was not available after changing my booking to accommodate my needs.
Check in and parking was good negatives first stayed in room 5 !room very basic , tired looking, needs a good spring clean ! Health and safety issue in bathroom floor tiles around bowl cracked and smashed wouldn't walk on it with bare feet ! Leaving the on room on saturday was strong smell of mariauna ! After coming back on night time got some crisps and chocolate out of the vending machine in reception area ! The 3 bags of crisp we bought was dated march , may and october 2024 thats terrible did not touch them , positives nice big room with fantastic views , nice clean towels , and was nice and warm ! But for £47 with parking cant really grumble ! Would we stay again doubtfull

Last night, 10 th of August 2024, I had a male and female police officer knock at my room door at 7 pm at night looking for someone!

Exactly what it says: Budget Hotel. All I needed was a bed for the night. No frills needed. But all the basics covered. But access is not conventional! There's no "Reception" - you need to contact ( we found phoning was best) and then texting so they could text back doorcodes and Residents' Parking code for on-street parking.
Totally fit for prurpose.
Strangest experience ever. Felt like the owner lost interest in the 80's as the décor is still firmly in that era. Tiles were broken, mattress had springs poking into your back. TV on an old fashion dressing table but the bed post is in the way so you can't watch it. I can see this place quickly becoming a place rented to the government for refugee placement.
Very basic. Our room was near the entrance door which was heavy, people were in and out till 12.30 slamming the door and someone was shouting. This made me feel very uncomfortable.
Not agood nights sleep.
Really enjoyed my stay for a ge second time and was given an upgrade due to my back problems and arthritis in my joints .
Room 1 is massive with an antique brass bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and lots of quirky things in the room and bathroom
10 minutes walk you find Flemingate with a Greggs to grab a cheap breakfast and nice pubs nearby to grab a meal .
Room was spotlessly clean and had a television, microwave and a kettle and coffee and sugar to enjoy the room and chill out and relax .
Only negative was an elderly baby boomer couple on arrival one night who could not figure out the door combination lock who were aggressive, homophobic, misgendered
people and were anti social and made a lot of noise throughout the night
Fabulous stay again but shame about the not nice older guests who were homophobic, bigoted, over privileged and obnoxious.
Great and unique place to stay in and tranquil too
