"I was actually surprised at how the clean the hotel is. The bed was very comfortable. Another surprise was how fast their WiFi is. Now that was the first time ever I found fast Wifi in a hotel. "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. Upon arrival we saw the front of the property had overflowing bins and rubbish all over the front of the house.
