The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "I was actually surprised at how the clean the hotel is. The bed was very comfortable. Another surprise was how fast their WiFi is. Now that was the first time ever I found fast Wifi in a hotel. The only drawback was the nearby shops. There are two take aways shops on the left but I didnt like them so I walked further around the bend where I found a delightful Fish & Chips shop where they sell fresh Fish & Chips for next to nothing. "Excellent property. Very comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. Great communication with the hosts, they were very helpful. The site is great with lots to do and near local attractions such as Bridlington, Skipsea Animal and Bird Gardens, Hornsea, etc. All in all a truly lovely weekend away. "
