"Loved this hotel, so easy to get to the old town and other parts of the city either by foot or by tram. Only a 10minute walk to the train station and big shopping centre. The Italian restaurant on site was great. Breakfast was superb, huge selection of items. I’d stay here again. Lovely staff on reception that gave me a few plasters as my shoes had given me a blister! Can’t wait to come back on my next stay in Krakow"

"This is a well maintained hotel with exceptional customer service, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant, located in the city. We were able to easily walk to a convenience store up the street and also buy pizza from a small shop on our walk back. We accidentally left a few charging cords after we checked out and we were immediately emailed and given three options to remedy our oversight. We would stay here again without hesitation. "

"We had a great stay at Garni - it’s perfect walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Staff were great at helping us get cash after we forgot our physical travel card. Breakfast was really good and varied - great for veggies too. Lovely pottery shop next door! The rooms were simple but had everything you needed and the free water every day was a helpful touch. It could do with a gym but that’s all! Thanks ☺️ "
