"5pm room wasn’t ready. Building is dated and tired. Air conditioning stopped working one night. Room keeping were late everyday and we were back to our room twice prior yo cleaning so we just got new towels w/o service. Pool was out of service for four days. Having them agree to an 1.5Hr late checkout was a hassle after all that. Restaurant breakfast is $36 US for a buffet. The beach is awesome. White powder sand, emerald warm water. The area has several nice restaurants within walking distance....

"The staff was wonderful and did everything to make my short stay (due to a canceled flight) comfortable. I had a nice dinner and welcome drink at the restaurant. If i had more time tgere, I am sure that iwould have enjoyed the pool and beach."
