"Very ineresting property that is quiet and serene. Staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful but definitely need more training to be employed at a "five star" facility. Also, the facility has NO airconditioning and was extremly hot, humid and uncomfortable."

It turned out the ‘private pool’ was a shared pool on the ground floor with the room below ours.
