"Decent 4 star. Room had a good view. Hotel undergoing works but didn’t inconvenience too much other than using stairwell rather than waiting for the lift. This could have been a nuisance if we were on a higher floor. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent for public transportation and the airport. Just wish the parking fee was included in the hotel rate and not £8/night. Other than that staff were excellent and we enjoyed our stay."

When I left something very important back at the room, they did everything they could and figured a way to get it back to me before I headed back home to the states. "We stayed at the Place for one night. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and had a lovely large room on the first floor. The hotel does not have a lift so stairs to the third floor may have been a little taxing for mid 70s. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. A bit of a disturbed night due to traffic noise but all in all a good experience "
