"The staff was overall very nice, although sometimes I did have some problems, I'm assuming with the new/novice employees. The breakfast was quite poor. I had also eaten at Arthur's (the student dining hall) and it was the same—even better than the hotel, actually. Another thing that I didn't like was the ventilation system in the bathroom. Other than that, a great stay. Thanks."

"While our stay was overall good, our initial room presented a few inconveniences that required us to move. The air conditioning unit was disruptively noisy, and we were concerned to learn from maintenance that this was a pre-existing issue, raising questions about why we were allocated this specific room. "The hotel was very convenient for the EICC, the room was comfortable and well fitted. (it might have felt a bit cramped for two). The reception desk was very helpful in booking taxis etc. However it was let down by poor WiFi, even in reception by the router.
