And it's not gratis. £2 a cup, each time. Seems to be a trend in these "hub" style city hotels which cater more towards the business guest. "

"The location cannot be beat. It is literally by the Tower Hill station. Having said that, it is not noisy. We only heard the train (very faint) because we opened the window. Housekeeping is done everyday. We are left a clean room, with bottles of water, nespresso pods, etc. However, they do not provide us with laundry soap daily. It's a good thing I brought extra pods (family for 4 here). Also, at $400 a day, only 1 person in the concierge would greet us. It was always the same person. I...
