"On arrival at the property, I was greeted with a lovely lady who kindly checked me in. I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend."

"Property was great from start to finish! Check in was easy, room was suitable for us although we did have 3 In a room and the 3rd person bed was a matress on the floor! It was comfortable so I can’t complain but not ideal with my back. Restaurant was great for breakfast, had the usual wants for a breakfast! Staff were good in there aswell! Check out easy - ample parking and ample blue badge parking! "

"Starting with the good, Rooms were great, clean tidy comfortable. Bathroom the same. Comfy bed. Everything just about right. Confusing as to where to put tea tray and plug in the kettle. Spa a little underwhelming, we booked the mud experience, expected to be given robes and slippers rather than walking around the spa with just a towel would not have liked this at all if other people had been sitting in the bar area. Unfortunately did not enjoy this experience was far too hot. And noone around...

"We booked two rooms for one night. Both rooms had large beds, good facilities and were clean. Breakfast was lovely with the usual full English and continental available. The only problem was as it was a Saturday night one of the rooms had a problem with noise from the street of revellers. Very friendly staff and the refurbishment is not a problem."
