Booked services in the spa only to find maintenance taking place so some are unavailable and the wooden sauna out of action. A partial refund or wanting regarding these should have been given before booking as we could not fully utilise what we had paid for. No such thing was offered by the hotel disappointingly....

"This hotel is very nice. A perfect location the middle of the city. Really nice rooms, clean but could have vacuumed the floor a little more often. Comfortable beds and a nice big bathroom. Quick and easy check-in/check-out. "

"I can’t fault the staff and service at all. The room however was slightly lacking. There is only one mirror in the room which is located in the bathroom. This proved a major problem when I was drying my hair as I could not see what I was doing as the plug socket is in bedroom and does not reach far enough to be able to see. A full length mirror would also be helpful. Maybe on the inside of the wardrobe due to space. Hand soap was not provided either so when washing our hands we had to go into...
