"Good could be better for the price. This was our second stay here and I feel like the first time was better so it may depend on the time and the room booked. We were disappointed that our room was not available when we checked in after 3pm. We were exhausted from a long trip and was hoping we could already get in our room and relax. They even charged us for the room at check-in so imagine my disgrace. I expressed that I was not happy with the situation so they upgraded us. But the upgrade was...
