Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "

The only thing that would say was that the pin key that was meant to let us into the building and apartment wasn’t working.
