But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax. It was very confused me as my booking said I need to pay AU12.45 in the property but now I must pay CHF10.9 ( nearly AU20 ). My advice is if city tax needs to be paid in...

"The room was clean and good space. Bathroom was clean and spacious, with heated towel rack, good water pressure. Temperature in the room is perfect. Staff were helpful. If you are taking the Milan Malpensa airport, the train station just around the corner (very convenient).Our room was facing the train station. "
