"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in recent month's. The staff are lovely, efficient and eager to help with any queires. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfy. The hotels central location is ideal for all amenities and tourist spots. At this time work is being carried out on the roof and being on the 3rd floor we did hear some banging/machine noises during working hour's. Obviously this is temporary and will not deter us from staying again😊"

"We had a lovely stay at The Imperial Hotel. The room was spacious and lovely, with sea views and a balcony. We couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were very friendly and obliging. "Check in was very easy. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The person at the front desk walked me to the room to show me which keys opened which doors and made sure we were happy with the room. It was definitely above and beyond. The building was older, but it’s England and it was to be expected. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend. "
