"Don't be fooled by the reception desk, that is the best customer service you will receive. After that, customer service goes down the drain. The people working at the buffet except for 1 single waitress were all rude and looked like they did not want to be there at all. 3 days and 2 nights and i had NO HOT WATER. Not even luke warm. I had 2 roaches just chilling in my room and i was on the 2nd floor. If you get stuck in the elevator you might pass out from heat as the fan DO NOT WORK. I told the...
