"The positives: This is a 5-star hotel and Douala and Cameroon should be proud of this hotel. The building is impressive, the furnishings, the decor and the rooms and the suite we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The reception was worthy of a 5-star hotel. The staff were amazing.
