"The positives: This is a 5-star hotel and Douala and Cameroon should be proud of this hotel. The building is impressive, the furnishings, the decor and the rooms and the suite we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The reception was worthy of a 5-star hotel. The staff were amazing. The negatives: the windows from the rooms are dirty and do not give a good impression of the hotel. They can be cleaned from the inside so that guests have a good view from the hotel.
