"Excellent idea to stay here for a night in Brighton. Right on the seaside in a convenient location. A 10 minute walk to the Royal Theatre and a 5 minute walk to The Lanes with all of its dining and drinking options. A lovely breakfast too. Parking is 29 pounds extra per day but is located right under the hotel. The staff were lovely too. My son and I enjoyed ourselves here."

"However, really not as good as expected given the cost and the occasion. Bar service was good once we managed to get somewhere to sit. Felt rather cold and lacking in ambience. Good breakfast and staff were all super friendly. Great location for the city."

"Check in was easy. Room modern, Choice of food and beverage. One comment the luggage carts outside of the main door were not working would not take the one pound coin. I know it is probably the airport concern but it does reflect on the hotel service offerings."
